Candemonium 2018

This custom turntable was was commissioned by Crosley Brands for auction at Candemonium, a charity event for Girls Rock Louisville, a charity that helps girls get access to music lessons and instruments.

The turntable— a Crosley Chalkboard Cruiser, was one of six given to local artists. Step one was to tape off the fixtures and paint the base.

I used some interior paint for the base to cover the chalkboard material. Funny thing, it’s the same color as my front and back doors.
